Iura offers a 7-day free trial followed by a $99/month subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@iuratech.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
You agree not to:
The Iura platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Iura. Research outputs generated for you are yours to use for your legal practice. You may not reproduce or resell research outputs as a standalone product.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific legal research will be accurate or complete. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any errors in legal research outputs. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
